We will handle the loan modification for you entirely.  From start to finish and every thing in between.  Full service includes a full interview, form submission and all negotiation.  Our service includes an attorney review of the file and we guarantee success or we will refund 50% of the fee.  You can't go wrong and there's nothing to lose.  The average cost for a loan modification costs $3500.00.  With our service you will save $1500.00 and get a 50% guarantee.  Note: An additional fee of 500.00 will be required if there is a second mortgage.  This is a one time fee.

Forms Kit:  Loan Modification Forms $19.95

This kit contains all the forms required by lenders to conduct a loan modification.  Nothing is left out and we even give samples to assist in filling out the forms.  Forms include Needs Checklist, Financial Worksheet, Hardship letter, Proposed rate form.  all are PDF and can be filled in and printed.
